1. Eligibility

Signing in requires a Discord account. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet their minimum age (13 in most countries) and any age requirement in your country.

2. Accounts

One account per person. Do not share, sell or impersonate accounts. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us promptly if it is compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use cheats, scripts, bots or automation to farm points, answer questions or play the game, or exploit bugs.
• Create multiple accounts to boost yourself or help yourself in the game.
• Post harassment, hate, sexual content, scams, spam/advertising or content that infringes others’ rights in submissions, reports, game chat or Discord.
• Knowingly submit false channel recommendations or data reports.
• Disrupt, attack or overload the Service, or try to access data you are not authorized to access.

If you break these rules we may remove content, deduct points or game resources, or suspend or terminate your account.

4. Data and content

Leaderboard data comes from information YouTube displays publicly, synced about every 2 hours. It may be delayed, rounded or wrong and is for reference only; it is not official YouTube data. AI-written articles and quiz questions are checked but may still contain mistakes — please report them. The Service is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, YouTube/Google or Discord. Creator names, avatars and videos belong to their owners.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you submit (submissions, reports, chat messages), and you allow the Service to store, display, edit and remove it as needed to run the Service.

6. Points, badges and game items

Points, levels, badges, in-game gold, items and territory are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or traded. We may adjust, reset or remove them for balance or to fix errors. Pro features are granted by admins and may change.

7. Discord bot

The CRrank bot only provides slash commands, role sync, announcements and DMs about your own account in the official CR Rank server. You can stop DMs by turning off DMs from server members in Discord or by removing the app’s authorization.

8. Changes and termination

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. You may stop using it at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided free and “as is”, without guarantees that it is uninterrupted, error-free or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the Service.

10. Changes to these terms and contact

We will announce material changes with a pinned notice on the Site; continuing to use the Service means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Questions: contact an admin in the official Discord server: https://discord.gg/GBsAkMsN6B
