隱私權政策

1. 我們收集的資料

用 Discord 登入時，依你在 Discord 授權畫面上同意的範圍，我們會讀取：

• identify：Discord 使用者 ID、使用者名稱、顯示名稱、頭像。
• email：電子郵件地址，以及 Discord 是否已驗證這個地址。
• connections：你在 Discord 連結的外部帳號清單（類型、名稱、ID、是否驗證，最多 20 筆），用來確認你是否為某個 YouTube 頻道的本人。
• guilds.join（只在你按「加入官方 Discord」時要求）：只用一次，讓機器人把你加入 CR Rank 官方伺服器。

我們不保存你的 Discord 存取權杖（access token）：讀取上述資料後會立刻向 Discord 撤銷。我們不會讀取你的私人訊息或其他伺服器的內容。

使用本站時，我們會記錄：

• 帳號活動：積分、簽到、任務、徽章、稱號、追蹤與收藏的創作者／影片、閱讀紀錄。
• 你送出的投稿與回報內容；送出時會記錄 IP 位址，只用來防止濫用。
• 登入工作階段：建立時間、最後使用時間與瀏覽器 User-Agent，用來維持登入與安全。
• 知識領土：遊戲角色名稱、領土、作答紀錄、背包、成就與你在遊戲公屏發送的訊息。
• 瀏覽統計：造訪的頁面路徑、來源網站、裝置類型，以及瀏覽器中隨機代號的雜湊值。瀏覽統計不記錄 IP，也不和廣告商分享。

Discord 機器人只使用不需特權的 Guilds 權限：你在官方伺服器使用斜線指令（例如 /rank、/me）時，會處理該指令的內容；機器人會依你在本站的等級同步伺服器身分組。機器人不讀取訊息內容。

2. 我們如何使用資料

• 建立與維持你的帳號、登入狀態。
• 在本站顯示你的名稱、頭像、等級、稱號、徽章與遊戲成績。
• 確認你是某個 YouTube 頻道的本人（只採用 Discord 上「已驗證」的 YouTube 連結），並在你的個人頁與創作者頁互相連結。
• 透過機器人傳送與你帳號有關的 Discord 私訊，例如投稿審核結果、知識領土戰報、加入伺服器的歡迎訊息、你自己頻道的排名變化。我們不傳送廣告或行銷訊息。
• 電子郵件只用於帳號與安全相關的聯絡，不會用來寄送電子報或行銷信。
• 防止濫用、作弊與垃圾投稿，並以匿名統計改善網站。

3. 公開顯示與分享

其他人能看到的只有：你的 Discord 顯示名稱與頭像、等級、稱號、徽章、遊戲名稱與成績、你公開的追蹤與投稿紀錄（例如被採用的推薦頻道）。你的電子郵件、連結帳號清單、IP 位址與工作階段資料不會公開。

我們不出售你的個人資料，也不分享給第三方用於廣告。為了提供服務，資料會經過：我們的主機、Cloudflare（網路傳輸與防護）、Discord（登入與機器人）。本站使用 OpenAI 的服務，以公開的 YouTube 數據產生專題文章與遊戲題目，不會傳送你的個人資料。法律要求時，我們可能依法提供必要資料。

4. Cookie 與本機儲存

我們使用一個登入用 Cookie（crrank_session，30 天到期），以及瀏覽器本機儲存（localStorage）記住偏好設定（例如音效、畫質、已關閉的提示）與瀏覽統計用的隨機代號。我們不使用廣告或跨站追蹤 Cookie。

5. 保存期限

• 帳號與活動資料：保存到你要求刪除帳號為止。
• 登入工作階段：最長 30 天後失效。
• 瀏覽統計：保存 180 天後自動刪除。
• Discord 存取權杖：不保存（讀取後立即撤銷）。

6. 你的權利

• 查看、更正或刪除你的資料：到官方 Discord 伺服器聯絡管理員，我們會在 30 天內處理。刪除帳號會一併刪除你的積分、遊戲資料與登入紀錄。
• 隨時撤銷授權：在 Discord「使用者設定 → 已授權的應用程式」移除 CRrank。
• 在個人頁設定中選擇不顯示在排行榜上。

7. 兒童

本站透過 Discord 登入，使用者必須符合 Discord 服務條款的最低年齡（大多數地區為 13 歲）以及你所在地的法定年齡規定。

1. Data we collect

When you sign in with Discord, depending on the scopes you approve on Discord’s consent screen, we read:

• identify: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar.
• email: your email address and whether Discord has verified it.
• connections: the list of external accounts linked to your Discord account (type, name, ID, verified flag; at most 20), used to confirm that you own a YouTube channel.
• guilds.join (only when you click “Join our Discord”): used once so the bot can add you to the official CR Rank server.

We do not store Discord access tokens: the token is revoked right after the data above is read. We never read your direct messages or the contents of other servers.

When you use the Site we record:

• Account activity: points, daily check-ins, quests, badges, titles, followed/favorited creators and videos, reading history.
• Submissions and reports you send. Your IP address is stored with a submission to prevent abuse.
• Login sessions: creation time, last use and browser user agent, for keeping you signed in and for security.
• Knowledge Territory: player name, territory, answer history, inventory, achievements and the messages you post in the game chat.
• Page view statistics: page path, referring site, device type and a hash of a random ID kept in your browser. No IP addresses are stored and nothing is shared with advertisers.

The Discord bot uses only the non-privileged Guilds intent. When you use a slash command in the official server (e.g. /rank, /me), it processes that command. It syncs your server roles to your level on the Site. The bot does not read message content.

2. How we use data

• To create and maintain your account and login.
• To show your name, avatar, level, title, badges and game results on the Site.
• To confirm that you own a YouTube channel (only verified YouTube connections) and link your profile and creator page.
• To send you Discord DMs about your own account: submission review results, game battle alerts, a welcome message after you join the server, and rank changes of your own channel. We do not send advertising or marketing messages.
• Your email address is used only for account and security matters, never for newsletters or marketing.
• To prevent abuse, cheating and spam, and to improve the Site using aggregate statistics.

3. What is public and who we share with

Other users can see only your Discord display name and avatar, level, title, badges, game name and results, and your public activity such as accepted channel submissions. Your email, linked-account list, IP address and session data are never public.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising. To run the service, data passes through our server host, Cloudflare (network delivery and protection) and Discord (login and bot). The Site uses OpenAI to write articles and quiz questions from public YouTube statistics; no personal data is sent to OpenAI. We may disclose data when required by law.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use one login cookie (crrank_session, expires after 30 days) and browser local storage for preferences (sound, graphics quality, dismissed tips) and the random ID used for page view statistics. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention

• Account and activity data: kept until you ask us to delete your account.
• Login sessions: expire after at most 30 days.
• Page view statistics: deleted automatically after 180 days.
• Discord access tokens: not stored (revoked immediately).

6. Your rights

• Access, correction or deletion: contact an admin in the official Discord server. We handle requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your points, game data and login records.
• Revoke access at any time in Discord: User Settings → Authorized Apps → remove CRrank.
• Hide yourself from the public leaderboards in your profile settings.

7. Children

The Site uses Discord login, so users must meet the minimum age in Discord’s Terms of Service (13 in most countries) and any age requirement in their own country.
